Bloom Day Spa is where self-care meets results. Located in Shelby, NC, Bloom is a modern and inviting space where clients come to relax, recharge, and reveal their healthiest skin and body.
Our experienced team offers a full range of services including luxury facials, microneedling, body treatments, spray tanning, massage therapy, and injectables. Each service is customized to meet your individual needs so you can enjoy both relaxation and visible results.
Bloom was created to be more than a spa. It is a place where every detail is thoughtful, every treatment is personalized, and every client feels truly cared for from the moment they arrive. Whether you are coming in for a quick refresh or a full day of pampering, our goal is to help you leave feeling confident, radiant, and renewed.
Our team is made up of highly experienced providers with between four and ten years of hands-on experience in the spa, esthetics, and medical aesthetics industry. Each team member brings a unique specialty, whether it is advanced skin treatments, therapeutic massage, or cosmetic injectables.
Our nurses are fully certified and trained, working under the supervision of an active medical director based right here in North Carolina to ensure the highest level of safety and care. This combination of skill, passion, and expertise means every visit to Bloom is handled with professionalism and a personal touch, so you always feel cared for and confident in your results.

We offer curated packages that include access to our treatment rooms, salt therapy lounge, and hot tub, along with personalized services to fit your group’s needs. Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you fail to do so and cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled service, up to a maximum of $60. For example, if your service cost exceeds $60, only a flat $60 fee will be charged. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, the full cost of the service will be charged. If you are late, we reserve the right to shorten your service, but you will still be charged for the original service booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service, you will be charged in full. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following our cancellation policy.
*PLEASE NOTE* Children 16 and under will not be allowed inside Bloom Esthetics Day Spa unless they have a scheduled service. This is in regards to the North Carolina insurance regulations due to Bloom's amenity rooms (which includes jacuzzi and salt room.) If you fail to follow this rule you will be asked to reschedule and will not be able to receive your service that day. Animals are also not allowed in Bloom (unless service animals) due to other insurance regulations. New clients and clients who are receiving Microblading services must arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. Thank you for understanding.
